Develop your café’s coffee identity and retail offer with Café Ciro’s Growth package. Bring together coffee supply, café-branded packaging and practical menu, pricing and marketing guidance.

£125 per week excluding VAT
Minimum 12-week fee: £1,500 excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is itemised on your quote and invoice.

What the Growth package covers

• Coffee supply and café-branded packaging: Develop coffee under your café’s identity. Coffee selection, minimum quantities, packaging and artwork arrangements are confirmed in your proposal.
• Retail coffee setup and staff guidance: Support with introducing a retail coffee offer and helping staff explain the coffee and suggest relevant purchases.
• Menu, pricing and marketing guidance: Review how your coffee offer is described, priced and promoted, using information available from your café.

A service built around your café

This is a consultancy and support service listing, rather than a downloadable product. The exact coffee quantities, roast dates, availability, delivery frequency and charges, packaging arrangements, training sessions and support schedule are confirmed in your written proposal before you sign. Coffee is sourced through UK roasting partners.

How to get started

Enquire about Growth and tell us about your café. We discuss your requirements, agree the scope and service agreement, then issue your invoice after signing. Payment frequency and due dates are agreed in writing. The weekly fee does not mean the full 12 weeks must be paid upfront.

Clear commitment and costs

• Minimum term: 12 weeks from your agreed service start date.
• Notice: at least two weeks’ written notice, with an end date no earlier than the end of the initial 12 weeks. Notice by the end of week 10 can end the agreement at the end of week 12.
• Agreed deliverables: quantities and support are specified in your proposal; services are not unlimited. Marketing guidance does not automatically include managed advertising or ongoing social account management.
• Additional costs: advertising spend, equipment, installation, maintenance or work outside the agreed scope must be quoted and approved in writing before any charge is incurred.

Enquiring does not start a contract or trigger a payment. No additional chargeable work is undertaken without prior written approval.
