Clear terms before you sign

Each proposal confirms exactly what your café will receive. Enquiring does not start a contract or trigger a payment.

Coffee, delivery and support

Your written proposal specifies coffee quantities, delivery frequency and charges, branded packaging arrangements, any training sessions and the support schedule. These details must be agreed before signing; they are not unlimited allowances.

Marketing guidance and advertising costs

Menu, pricing, local marketing and social media support depend on the selected package. The proposal confirms the activities and deliverables. Strategy or guidance does not automatically include ongoing account management or paid advertising. Any advertising spend or additional work must be quoted and approved in writing before a charge is incurred.

Minimum term and two weeks’ notice

The minimum commitment is 12 weeks from the agreed service start date. Ending the agreement requires at least two weeks’ written notice, with an end date no earlier than the end of the initial 12 weeks. Notice given by the end of week 10 can end the agreement at the end of week 12.

VAT, invoices and additional costs

Weekly fees and 12-week totals exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is itemised on your quote and invoice. Your invoice is issued after the service agreement is signed; payment frequency and due dates are agreed in writing before signing. The weekly price does not mean all 12 weeks must be paid upfront.

Any equipment, installation, maintenance, advertising spend or other work outside the agreed package must be clearly quoted and approved in writing before a charge is incurred. No additional chargeable work is undertaken without prior written approval.
